ANNUAL AWARDS, 2007 RULES AND PROCEDURES

ANNUAL AWARDS: The Annual Awards period is from January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007.
Only members in good standing during the entire year are eligible to apply (with the exception of Championship plaques).
In the case of joint ownership of a dog all owners must be eligible.
Only wins made in shows and obedience trials held under AKC rules may be counted.
In the event of a tie duplicate awards will be made.

BREEDER OF THE YEAR - to the member who bred the greatest number of pugs which completed their championship or obedience title during the awards period.

PET THERAPY HOURS - to the member performing the greatest number of hours.

CHAMPIONSHIP PLAQUE - to each pug completing its championship or obedience degree.
Owner need not have been a member for the entire period.

LEAST PURPLE RIBBONS - to the pug dog and pug bitch completing their championship with the
least number of Winners (purple) ribbons during the award period.

HIGHEST AVERAGE SCORE OBEDIENCE DEGREE - to the pug dog and pug bitch attaining the highest average score while achieving an Obedience Degree.

BEST IN SHOW - for each pug that won a BIS at an all breed show during the awards period.

SIRE and DAM OF THE YEAR - to the pug dog and pug bitch having the greatest number of
offspring that completed championship during the awards period. Offspring need not be owned
by the member owning the sire or dam.

MOST GROUP 1 PLACINGS - to the pug dog and pug bitch that have the greatest number of
Group 1 placing.

MOST BEST OF BREED WINS - to the pug dog and pug bitch that have the greatest number of BOB wins.

MOST BEST OF OPPOSITE SEX WINS - to the pug dog and pug bitch that have the greatest number of BOS wins.

BREEDER'S CERTIFICATE - to each member who bred a champion or obedience title holder
finishing during the awards period. The breeder need not be the owner of pugs.

BRED BY EXHIBITOR, pug dog and pug bitch
AMERICAN BRED, pug dog and pug bitch
OPEN BLACK, pug dog and pug bitch
PUPPY, pug dog and pug bitch

A separate application must be completed for each pug but the form may be used for more than
one award. Be sure to indicate which award(s) are being applied for. Completed applications
must reach the Awards Chairman no later than March 01, 2007. Don't delay! Complete and
mail (e-mail) your forms early! The Awards Lunch will be in April, 2007 at TBPC's Annual Meeting.  Check the website for the date of the Annual Meeting.
